Regular beauty care customers
People looking for a specialist they can return to, who prefer to plan their next appointment in advance.
A beauty salon with the HOS signature.
A new partner. A new address.
HOS is a beauty salon where hairstyling, beauty care, attentiveness and confidence meet a personal approach. Our idea is to help people express their individuality through their appearance.
HOS currently operates two salons in Yerevan, at Pap Tagavor 4/4 and Nalbandyan 7/1, and is preparing to open a third at Woods Center in Jrvezh. Our next step is to bring the same approach to new areas with new partners.
These are the four core areas in which HOS provides its services.
Cuts, styling, colour and hair care.
From regular care to individual nail designs.
From everyday looks to special occasions.
Shaping, tinting and lamination.
We will choose the new salon’s service menu based on local demand, the team’s qualifications and local licensing requirements.
FOR OUR PARTNER
The proposed model brings together the new partner’s involvement, HOS’s visual identity and shared service standards. The partner manages their salon within an agreed operating framework.
We are bringing in new partners to reach new customers and establish a presence in new areas.
People looking for a specialist they can return to, who prefer to plan their next appointment in advance.
People who value clear booking, predictable service times and transparent prices.
People who want to try a new cut, colour or makeup look with a specialist’s advice.
People getting ready for a wedding, an event or an important meeting.
These are proposed customer groups for a new location. Customer numbers, repeat visit rates and average spend will only be presented using verified data.
Support from choosing premises and designing the interior to organising the salon’s daily operations. The final scope of the package will be set out in the agreement.
Software licence, business travel and specialist training fees will be itemised in advance. The new salon will use the shared HOS system; a separate software system or app is not planned.
We are looking for a partner who is ready to manage the salon or appoint an experienced manager.

The total opening investment will be calculated for the specific premises using supplier quotations. At this stage, we make no promises about revenue, profit or a payback period.
We discuss your experience, planned budget and approach to management.

We calculate investment and costs, and clarify rights and responsibilities.
We work through design, fit-out, team selection and training.
We review readiness, organise the launch and begin regular operating discussions.
Not under the proposed model. What matters is funding, management capability and a willingness to be involved in the salon’s operations.
Yes, we can discuss it. Brand usage rights, local requirements, pricing and team availability must be assessed separately for each market.
It depends on the services, number of workstations, lease and condition of the premises. No confirmed minimum area or total investment has been set yet.
A payback period can only be estimated using a financial model for the specific location. Slower demand growth and rising costs must also be considered.
The existing brand and the locations and services shown on the website. Partnership fees, the support package and operating terms for a new salon are presented as a proposal for discussion.
THE NEXT STEP
To prepare an individual proposal, we start with four questions: which city, which premises, what budget and who will manage the salon?
